A signed non-disclosure agreement and conflict of interest disclosure form are required to be part of the Ambassador Program.
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship between VSP Vision and the Ambassador, with the Ambassador agreeing that any confidential information provided to them will not be shared with others.
The NDA must be reviewed and signed upon acceptance of the Ambassador role.
The conflict-of-interest policy must be reviewed, and the disclosure form must be signed during the initial vetting process before becoming an Ambassador, and on an annual basis while in the Ambassador role. In the event any potential conflicts of interest arise at other times during the year, the Ambassador should reach out to the Ambassador Support team to discuss.
The signed disclosure forms are reviewed by our Legal team to ensure there are no conflicts of interest. Disclosure forms are made available to the Chairperson of VSP’s Nominating & Governance Committee, and, if requested, to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors as well.
